Sonickel

2023
Quick booking for home cleaning.
Sonickel, a cleaning service for both private and professional clients, required a website that embodied simplicity, minimalism, and user engagement. The goal was to create a site that not only represented the brand but also facilitated effortless user interaction, particularly through a streamlined booking process.

Stage 1

The Sonickel project initiated with the creation of a cohesive brand identity. This phase encompassed designing a logo, adapting visuals for social media, creating business cards, selecting a color scheme, and designing employee T-shirts. These elements collectively shaped an identity that mirrored Sonickel’s professionalism and accessibility.

Stage 2

Next, I created a Figma mockup for the website. The initial version was straightforward, focusing on speed and ease of use to quickly launch the client's business.

Stage 3

This first version of the site was then developed using Webflow, ensuring a rapid deployment.

Stage 4

A second version of the site was designed in Figma with a cleaner UI, enhancing professionalism and visual appeal. This version also included a more detailed booking form.

Stage 5

Implementing this second version, I integrated a Google Maps API, enabling an address search functionality with autocomplete. This feature was crucial for determining service availability within a specific radius of two major French cities. Despite budget constraints, this development was a significant step in enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

Final

The final proposed iteration was to create a comprehensive booking form, where customers could select from various services like sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, daily housekeeping, and terrace cleaning. For regular housekeeping, the plan included a feature for scheduling recurring appointments and choosing available slots from a calendar, alongside a payment process and summary. The Sonickel project, although halted due to budget limitations, demonstrates an innovative approach to user interface design and functional implementation, prioritizing user experience and operational practicality.
